The location is perfect, right by the beach and shops. The hotel is family-run with nice traditions. Rooms are clean and well-maintained with daily cleaning. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast with a sea view is enjoyable.

Noise from the morning traffic made it difficult to sleep with the windows open. we had to pay in cash for any unforeseen expenses, as card payments were not accepted.

My family and I spent our Xmas holiday at a hotel in Heraklion. the first thing we really liked was the location close to the beach and restaurants. the breakfast was rich in variety and we liked the traditional Greek yogurt. the hotel offered free parking which was really convenient.

The room size which was too small for our family, and the bathroom was cramped. the noise from the main road was very loud and disturbing at night which made it difficult to sleep.
